Steps to completing your application
You will need to download all forms, print them, complete all three requested documents. When completed, return all forms by e-mail info@renting2ownit.com or fax 763.496.1490. Call our office to request our application package be sent to you.
All applications will not be processed until application fee is submitted. Use our paypal service for quicker response fee is $40.00.
Or send payment of $35.00 per adult in a cashier check to P.O. Box 1923 Maple Grove MN. 55311.

Consent form allows our team of experts to make sure they have your permission to pull your credit, verify your employment, do a back ground check and verify if any previous evictions. This does not conclude that you are not eligible for the program.
3. Budget Analysis
In order for us to understand your monthly expense and place you in the proper program. Renting2ownit.com will need to see what is going on with your household income and expenses.
